Official documents are valid only in the country were they have been issued. In order for the documents to be recognized abroad, they should be authenticated or legalized. But first of all they should be translated by an officially recognized translator. There are cases when this translation should be legalized too.

  • Certificates of bachelorhood
  • Certificates of good conduct

Authentication

Countries which are participants of "The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents" of 2007 replaced an expensive process of legalizing by an easier procedure called Apostille of The Hague. Public documents, including documents notarized by a Notary Public, which have been affixed or attached with an Apostille Certificate by the government of their country, are automatically accepted for legal use in foreign countries which are signatories to the Hague Convention.

We do authentication/apostille of papers in Ukraine. Please fill in the detailed estimate form and answer the following questions in your message:

1. What kind of form or document has to be authenticated?
