Support
for Visitors to Ukraine
Ukraine has a visa-free
regime for citizens of US, Canada, Japan, European Union countries, Norway,
Monaco, San Marino, Andorra, Iceland, Swiss Confederation, and Liechtenstein.
No visa is required for citizens of those countries, for visits of up
to 90 days.
Citizens of other
countries must obtain an appropriate visitor's visa to enter the country.
Getting a Ukraine visa is a two-step process. First, you will need to
get an official letter of invitation from a company authorized by the
Ukraine Ministries of Foreign and Internal Affairs, called a Visa Support
Document, or an Invitation from a Ukrainian citizen. Then you will need
to submit this invitation along with the application form and two passport-size
photos and your original passport, to the Ukraine Consulate in order to
have your visa processed. Note that this will mean surrendering your passport
to the Ukraine consulate or embassy for a period of days to weeks. For
this reason, we advise starting this process at least 4 - 6 weeks before
your trip.
We will help you to
get an invitation letter for your visa process. Please fill in the detailed
estimate form and provide the following information in your message:
- Your full name
(as in passport)
- Your date of birth
- Your passport
number and expiry date
- Your citizenship
- Your full itinerary
in Ukraine
- City where you
are applying for the visa
- Your full address
- Your telephone
and fax number
The cost of the invitation
depends on the information you provide. After filling in the form we will
get back to you with an estimate within 1 business day. For urgent support
please contact
us.
